Melissa Stover – Practice Manager
Melissa is originally from northern Ohio, but has lived in the Cumming area for the past 12 years. She entered the dental field as a dental assistant and graduated at the top of her class. She had such an impact on the dentist and his instructors that she was asked to return to teach as an instructor. She enjoys giving back to the program that gave her so much knowledge into helping dental patients. Endodontics is her favorite specialty and has assisted in hundreds of root canals and retreatments.Melissa has volunteered her time with Dentistry from the Heart that gives free dental care to those in need. Along with participating in the PTA, she also coaches Girls on the Run and is a kickboxing instructor. In addition to spending time with her family, Melissa can be found reading a good book or at the lake with friends.
Robin Joao – Assistant Practice Manager
Robin relocated from Massachusetts to the John’s Creek area in 2002. She is a graduate of the Gwinnett Technical College Dental Assisting Program. Her previous experience is in general dentistry. She is very excited to be a part of the Pinnacle team and has a strong desire to learn the specialized field of endodontics.In her free time, she enjoys baking, playing tennis, being outdoors and beach trips with her husband and children.
Sheila Jeffers – Dental Assistant
Sheila is a native of Long Island New York and she moved to Georgia in 2015. She brings her 23 years of Endodontic knowledge and experience to the Pinnacle Team. Her desire is to treat all patients with Kindness and Respect so they may have the best possible experience causing them to leave with smiling faces. Yes, even after a Root Canal. She loves being with her husband and two daughters and going on long walks with their new puppy.
Erin Bigelow – Dental Assistant
Erin is a native of North Georgia. She attended the Dental Assistant School of Atlanta in 2019 and quickly found an interest in the specialty of Endodontics. She is very excited to be part of the Pinnacle team! Erin is dedicated to helping to ensure that each patient’s experience is a positive one and that they leave with a smile on their face.In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her son, photography, gardening and yoga.
Luci Stone – Front Desk Coordinator
Luci is originally from Alabama, but has spent most of her life in Georgia. Luci is currently enrolled in college pursuing a degree in Biochemistry. She is excited to be learning all about endodontics and hopes to use her growing knowledge to ease patients’ minds and continue with Pinnacle’s excellent patient experience. Luci most enjoys writing, and learning about all thing’s sea related, especially the Leafy Sea Dragon.
Sabrina Rekas – Front Team Lead
Sabrina is originally from Chicago but has called Cumming her home for 5 years now. During this time, she has received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. She enjoys helping the Pinnacle patients and hopes that she can at least make them laugh when they visit us. When she is not busy with work or school, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time she loves to travel and seenew places.
John Cortez Hernandez – Front Desk Coordinator
John was born and raised in Georgia. By joining Pinnacle Endodontics, John knows that he will be helping to make every patient’s experience enjoyable. Learning so much from the Pinnacle team has made him improve professionally and personally. Making the most out of every opportunity, he is looking forward to growing in this field. Outside of work, John likes to go on walks with his dog and spend time with his family.
Brenda Morales – Front Desk Coordinator
Brenda was born in New York and raised in GA for most of her life. Brenda is currently enrolled in GSU majoring in Business Administration. She enjoys off-roading, watching movies, and singing karaoke with friends. Brenda is excited to learn more about endodontics and loves being part of the Pinnacle family.
Alyssa Rogan – Dental Assistant
Hailing from Rochester, NY, Alyssa moved to Georgia in 2021 with her sister and her ninety-pound Alaskan Malamute. Although she misses snowy winters and cheering for the Buffalo Bills with her family, Alyssa feels right at home with her Pinnacle family.She never envisioned herself as a dental assistant, but her 2023 assisting program and her experience at Pinnacle made her realize it couldn’t be a better fit.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, painting, and visiting coffee shops.
Margarito Cruz – Front Desk Coordinator
Margarito was born and raised in Georgia. He graduated from the University of North Georgia and obtained his bachelor’s in science degree. His focus is to give patients a great experience from start to finish. Although, he is new to the dental field he is eager and excited to learn more about endodontics and hopefully fall in love with the field to make it a career. Family has always been a top priority for him, and he is glad to come into an environment like Pinnacle that displays the quality of how family should be treated. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time exercising, reading and spending quality time with his parents and his three younger siblings.
Clarissa Milling – Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Decatur, GA, Clarissa attended The Dental Assistant School of Atlanta and graduated in July 2023. Clarissa aims to have a memorable and meaningful experience with her patients at Pinnacle Endodontics. Clarissa can be found journaling, volunteering, spending time with her significant other, and traveling in her spare time.
Serena Campbell
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Serena moved to Atlanta a little over a year ago. Having studied at the University of Cincinnati, Serena is a huge Bearcats and Bengals fan (Who Dey!). Serena is eager to learn more about the endodontics field and is excited to be a part of the Pinnacle family. She enjoys spending time with family, going out with friends, cooking new recipes, thrifting, and self-care days.
