Melissa Stover – Practice Manager
Melissa is originally from northern Ohio, but has lived in the Cumming area for the past 12 years. She entered the dental field as a dental assistant and graduated at the top of her class. She had such an impact on the dentist and his instructors that she was asked to return to teach as an instructor. She enjoys giving back to the program that gave her so much knowledge into helping dental patients. Endodontics is her favorite specialty and has assisted in hundreds of root canals and retreatments.Melissa has volunteered her time with Dentistry from the Heart that gives free dental care to those in need. Along with participating in the PTA, she also coaches Girls on the Run and is a kickboxing instructor. In addition to spending time with her family, Melissa can be found reading a good book or at the lake with friends.
Robin Joao – Assistant Practice Manager
Robin relocated from Massachusetts to the John’s Creek area in 2002. She is a graduate of the Gwinnett Technical College Dental Assisting Program. Her previous experience is in general dentistry. She is very excited to be a part of the Pinnacle team and has a strong desire to learn the specialized field of endodontics.In her free time, she enjoys baking, playing tennis, being outdoors and beach trips with her husband and children.
Sheila Jeffers – Dental Assistant
Sheila is a native of Long Island, New York, and she moved to Georgia in 2015. She brings her 23 years of Endodontic knowledge and experience to the Pinnacle Team. Her desire is to treat all patients with kindness and respect, so they have the best possible experience causing them to leave with smiling faces. Yes, even after a root canal! She loves being with her husband and two daughters and going on long walks with their dog, Rory.
Luci Stone – Front Desk Coordinator
Luci is originally from Alabama but has spent most of her life in Georgia. Luci is currently enrolled in college pursuing a degree in Political Science. She joined the Pinnacle Family in 2022 and enjoys using her knowledge to ease patients’ minds and continue with Pinnacle’s excellent patient experience. Luci most enjoys reading, writing, and learning about all thing’s sea related, especially the Leafy Sea Dragon.
John Cortez Hernandez – Front Desk Coordinator
John was born and raised in Georgia. By joining Pinnacle Endodontics, John knows that he will be helping to make every patient’s experience enjoyable. Learning so much from the Pinnacle team has made him improve professionally and personally. Making the most out of every opportunity, he is looking forward to growing in this field. Outside of work, John likes to go on walks with his dog and spend time with his family.
Brenda Morales – Front Desk Coordinator
Brenda was born in New York and raised in GA for most of her life. Brenda is currently enrolled in GSU majoring in Business Administration. She enjoys off-roading, watching movies, and singing karaoke with friends. Brenda is excited to learn more about endodontics and loves being part of the Pinnacle family.
Alyssa Rogan – Dental Assistant
Hailing from Rochester, NY, Alyssa moved to Georgia in 2021 with her sister and her ninety-pound Alaskan Malamute. Although she misses snowy winters and cheering for the Buffalo Bills with her family, Alyssa feels right at home with her Pinnacle family.She never envisioned herself as a dental assistant, but her 2023 assisting program and her experience at Pinnacle made her realize it couldn’t be a better fit.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, painting, and visiting coffee shops.
Margarito Cruz – Front Desk Coordinator
Margarito was born and raised in Georgia and is a graduate of the University of North Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He is dedicated to contributing to a team that consistently delivers exceptional service and fosters a positive experience for every patient. Family has always been a central priority for Margarito, and he values being part of a dental practice like Pinnacle that reflects those same principles of care and respect. He is married and enjoys spending quality time with his wife. In his spare time, Margarito enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with his parents and three younger siblings.
Clarissa Milling – Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Decatur, GA, Clarissa attended The Dental Assistant School of Atlanta and graduated in July 2023. Clarissa aims to have a memorable and meaningful experience with her patients at Pinnacle Endodontics. Clarissa can be found journaling, volunteering, spending time with her significant other, and traveling in her spare time.
Serena Campbell – Front Desk Coordinator / Marketing & Social Media
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Serena relocated to Atlanta in 2023. She studied at the University of Cincinnati and is a devoted fan of both the Bearcats and the Bengals—Who Dey! Serena developed a strong interest in endodontics and is excited to be a valued member of the Pinnacle team. She is passionate about creating positive experiences for patients and contributing to a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Outside of work, Serena enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new recipes, thrifting, and prioritizing self-care.
Randa Phillips – Dental Assistant
Randa was born and raised in Douglasville, Georgia. She graduated from dental assisting school in 2020 and discovered her passion for endodontics in 2024 after joining the Pinnacle team. Randa takes great pride in her work and finds it especially rewarding to see patients leave with renewed comfort and confidence following their treatment. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care and contributing to a positive patient experience. Outside of the office, Randa is married to Jason, the love of her life, and together they are raising their two sons. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and cherishes the moments they share together.
Chloe Carrasco – Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Suwanee, Chloe earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Georgia. She is an aspiring dentist currently pursuing acceptance into dental school and is enthusiastic about gaining hands-on experience in the endodontic field as a member of the Pinnacle team. Chloe is passionate about continuous learning and values the opportunity to engage with patients while helping foster a positive, comfortable experience for everyone she meets. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts, particularly painting and scrapbooking. She also values spending quality time with family and friends, as well as relaxing at home with her cat.
